1. Acceptance of Terms

("B&G RESCO," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability.

2.2 Aftermarket Parts

B&G RESCO manufactures and supplies aftermarket replacement parts. Our parts are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications but are not manufactured by or affiliated with any original equipment manufacturer. OEM part numbers are used for reference and cross-reference purposes only.

2.3 Compatibility

While we make every effort to ensure compatibility, customers are responsible for verifying that parts ordered are suitable for their specific equipment. We recommend consulting with our technical staff before ordering.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by B&G RESCO. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with credit verification.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes are additional unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-customer basis. New customers may be required to prepay. Established customers with approved credit may receive Net 30 terms. Past due accounts may be subject to finance charges and collection costs.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options including standard ground, expedited, and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. B&G RESCO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.4 International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We ship worldwide and can assist with export documentation.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%. Custom-manufactured or special-order parts are non-returnable.

5.2 Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us before returning any product to obtain an RMA number and return instructions.

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and will be issued via the original payment method.

6. Warranty

B&G RESCO provides a limited warranty on our products. Please see our Warranty Policy for complete details. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B&G RESCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of B&G RESCO or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Ingersoll Rand, CENTAC, MSG, Cooper Turbo Compressor, Cameron, FS Elliott, Atlas Copco, Dresser Clark IsoPac, Worthington Cap, and other product names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. B&G RESCO is not affiliated with any OEM manufacturer. Use of these trademarks is for identification and reference purposes only.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable quotations, invoices, and our Privacy Policy and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and B&G RESCO concerning the subject matter hereof.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
